See the steps below to set up a new question/poll in OmegaOne.
- Go to Admin Tools > Manage Questions/Polls
- Click + Add Question/Poll
- Select if the question/poll is a Quick Vote
- A Quick Vote will pop-up on every page of OmegaOne until members answer. This is a great tool if you need a quick response.
- Name the question/poll
- Add the actual question
- Include a file, if necessary.
- Select the "Visible To" audience *Please note: new members will NOT automatically be selected.
- Customize the answer options. You must select an answer type and whether the question is anonymous.
- Select the notification preference for the question/poll
