OmegaOne is full of features that can help you and your chapter plan and communicate with each other! If at any point you are having issues with your system, here are a few things you can do to make sure everything functions correctly.
General
1. Make sure you have good internet connection.
2. Clear your cache. Sometimes technology can get overloaded and the best way to reset that is to clear your cache on the device you are using. This is essentially a hard refresh of the system. This will often resolve loading issues, something not displaying the way it should, etc.
Login
1. Contact your chapter's Admin to double check that the email you are logging in with is listed as the Email on your OmegaOne profile. If not, simply ask them to update your email address, refresh the Manage Users Page, and attempt to log into your account.
2. If you have multiple OmegaFi accounts, merge the email addresses for each account using the article below:
Location
1. When using Location Based Check-In for Events and Study Hours, make sure the circled area fully covers the check-in area.
