Once in OmegaOne, you will click on the upper right-hand side in the chat box in the search bar.
You will then search the member you are looking to chat with and select them once they come up under the search.
Once you select that member, a chat box will open at the bottom of your screen.
For the mobile app you will click the New Chat+ and begin to type the members name, then start chat next to that member.
